RN Supervisor-Fairmont (11p-7a) Must hold a valid and current license as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or multistate licensure. LTC experience strongly recommended. Must be a strong leader and motivate a team. Leadership of 2-30 bed neighborhoods focused on quality improvement and team building. Strong communication skills is a must. Responsible for communication and some coordination of education needs of staff, quality improvement for the residents, strong advocate for resident centered care, able to work effectively with IDT, maintaining survey preparedness at all times.
