Responsibilities
The Medical/Surgical ICU is 22 bed Intensive Care Unit which serves a complex group of medical, surgical and trauma patients. As a member of a highly skilled team of nursing staff you will work closely with our Board Certified Critical Care Physicians, Residents and Physician Assistants, to provide state-of -the-art care to one of the most complex groups of patients in the acute care environment.
We are willing to train RNs with a minimum of 1 year acute care experience.We have 36 hour night shift openings. We are also seeking experienced ICU nurses to work on per diem basis.

Qualifications
To join our team you'll need to be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Connecticut registration and a minimum of one year experience in a critical care setting preferred. BSN strongly preferred. The ability to demonstrate professionalism while delivering high quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment is a must. Should be eager to learn and able to work independently as expectations are always changing. Critical thinking is essential for success.
