| Job Summary: | The Unit Manager assumes accountability and responsibility for the operation and management of the Outpatient Chemotherapy Department. The Unit Manager combines clinical expertise with the application of leadership and nursing management principles to deliver high quality, cost-effective patient care and ensure customer satisfaction. |
| Requirements: | Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing, ONS certification or the ability to obtain current certification in the administration of chemotherapy. Must possess ACLS and BLS certification. PALS, CPAN, CAPA certification preferred. Must possess RN license in Maryland. Evidence of progressive leadership responsibilities. |
