Program: MJHS Hospice and Palliative Care

Job Description:

Responsible for the provision of services and delivery of care for the Palliative Care Program and to ensure the coordination of high quality clinical services as well as management of the Palliative Care team that is in compliance with MJHS Policy and Procedures, Federal, State and local regulations and Joint Commission standards.

Job Requirements:

Registered Nurse. Bachelors Degree preferred. CHPN. Minimum three years Hospice experience. Minimum three years Leadership experience. Critical Care and Business experience preferred. License and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in NYS. Knowledge of third party reimbursement for hospice.
