Windward Gardens in beautiful Camden, Maine is looking for a full time RN Unit Manager!
This position is a FT, 40 hour per week position. Candidate will share in the on-call rotation. To function at a professional nursing level using both administrative leadership and clinical expertise in order to assure that comprehensive care and treatment is rendered to customer population, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team in the design, implementation and evaluation of various programs within the unit. Twenty four hour responsibility for the continuity of nursing care and the management of the customer welfare. NUML
