Job Description
Conveniently located in Cincinnati’s northeast suburbs, The Jewish Hospital—Mercy Health is a full-service, 200+ bed, acute care, teaching hospital providing leading-edge treatments in a variety of specialties. This part-time (20 hours per week), evening/night shift position is responsible for providing departmental leadership and ensuring excellence and quality in patient care delivery and fiscal management. Additional duties include continuous performance improvement, staff monitoring, problem-solving and resource utilization.
Job Requirements
. Current Ohio RN licensure
. BSN preferred
. 5+ years management experience
. 3-5 years critical care experience
. ACLS, PALS certifications
. CPR proficiency
. Excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills
