5 South - Telemetry, RN II Patient Care
Discover the Memorial experience and join a group of extraordinary professionals in the assessment, planning, evaluation and implementation of the care of adult and geriatric patients on 5 South, a 47 bed, Medical Telemetry unit specializing in Peritoneal Dialysis. We foster a patient and family-centered care environment. Team is our focus!
Experience:
FL RN license, BLS; ACLS required. Minimum 1 year Telemetry RN experience required.
