You’ll also oversee the uniform application of evidenced based practice, shared governance and professional standards, and cultivate expertise among the staff.
Qualifications include a BSN (MSN desired), progressive clinical and leadership experience. Oncology Certification is preferred, while a sense of ownership and the noticeable desire to extend your own knowledge base and professional involvement are essential.
