Licensed Practical Nurse- Hospice | | Department: | Baltimore West Homecare | | Schedule: | Full Time | | Shift: | Days | | Hours: | 40 | | Job Details: | Under direct supervision of the registered nurse provides direct patient care to assigned patients. Education | Knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through an accredited school of nursing. Completion of LPN Program. | Experience | Minimum of two (2) years work experience as LPN in a hospital/healthcare setting or clinical setting required. Home care/hospice experience preferred.
