Centra Health in Lynchburg, Virginia is searching for an inpatient orthopaedic nurse practitioner. This position will be employed by Centra Lynchburg General Hospital and will work collaboratively with local orthopaedic surgeons in the care of inpatient orthopaedic patients.
-Inpatient rounding & discharge responsibilities
-Mostly weekday hours, with no on call responsibilities
-Involvement in Joint Camp pre-operative patient education
-One year of orthopaedic experience, preferred

This position is located at 327-bed Centra Lynchburg General Hospital, the region’s tertiary care center. Orthopaedic services are growing, as local orthopaedists from The Orthopaedic Center of Central Virginia perform over 700 joint replacement surgeries annually. Our dedicated inpatient orthopaedic unit is located in a newly constructed hospital tower.
