Critical care experience preferred, but not required. This is now a Supplemental status position (approx. 16 hours/week with flexibility in schedule).
Position Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Specialist is a self directed individual whose primary function is that of an expert Practitioner with essential Educator, Leadership, consultant, and Research role components. The Nurse Educator is a professional Registered Nurse with a Masters Degree in Nursing, who, through study and supervised practice at the graduate level, is an expert in the theory and practice of nursing. The professional focus is to promote and maintain a level of excellence of professional practice for nursing personnel.

Graduate of an accreditedSchoolofNursing
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State ofPennsylvania
Requires Masters Degree in Nursing
Demonstrates nursing expertise in assigned clinical area
BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
