REQUIRED EDUCATION:  ASN or RN diploma PREFERRED EDUCATION:  BSN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  One year acute care PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  Two years ICU -  one year charge REQUIRED LICENSURE:  Current Florida RN license REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:  BLS, ACLS PREFERRED CERTIFICATON:  CCRN SPECIFIC SKILLS:  Interpersonal and customer service skills; critical thinking, computer skills appropriate to the position, skills as identified on the Pay for Skills grid
