REQUIRED LICENSURE

            Current Florida RN license

                                          

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION

            BLS, ACLS, NRP

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION

            Associates Degree in nursing or nursing diploma

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION

            Bachelor’s Degree in nursing

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

            One year acute care

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

            Three years Labor & Delivery

            One year preceptor

One year charge experience

 

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED

Interpersonal skills

Skills as identified on the Pay for Skills grid

Computer skills appropriate to the position

Critical thinking / organizational skills

 

SPECIFIC SKILLS PREFERRED
