Requirements to Apply:
Licenses: RN License in the state of MA (Unencumbered)
Certifications: CPR/BLS
Education/Degrees: ADN, BSN Preferred
Experience:
At least one (1) year experience as an RN, preferably in either home or community health.
Bilingual preferred
Travel Requirements:
Valid MA driver license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
90% of work will be traveling to patient homes, 10% remote paperwork.
Must be willing to visit patients at home, conducting in home assessments for each patient every 60 days
Cases will be booked geographically, but willingness to travel anywhere within the state of MA is required.
Approx. 70% of cases currently located in Eastern Massachusetts
Under the supervision and direction of the Director, the RN HHA Supervisor will visit patients at home in the state of MA, to provide quality care and non-skilled assessments and provide oversight / supervision of the Home Health Aides (typically parents) of children enrolled in the CCA program.
Schedule: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
Salary: $110,000 Annual
Sign On Bonus: Up to $5000 for eligible candidates
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.65 / mile

Responsibilities:
Conduct Non-Skilled Assessments: Obtain a medical history, particularly as it relates to the present condition, from the client and/or family member(s), completing a subsequent in home assessment for each patient once every 60 days.
Conduct a physical examination of the client, including vital signs, physical assessment, mental status, appetite and type of diet, etc.
Observe signs and symptoms and reporting to the physician reactions to treatments, including drugs, and changes in the clients physical or emotional condition.
Provide Supervision and oversight for the Home Health Aid, typically the parent of the patient.
Teach, supervise, and counsel the Home Health Aide regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems of the clients at home.
Is responsible for the care given by the Home Health Aide.
