Facility Details:
- COVID +booster & Flu Vaccine Required
- Please confirm in your submittal notes that your RN has their flu shot and COVID vaccine with booster
- All LOAS upfront. They will not approve them after file sent.
- Shared housing is provided at no cost
- Compliance deadline 10/21

Orientation:
- 36hrs, 13wks
- Orientation on Mondays

Unit Details:
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required
- 2 years of M/S TELE experience required
- Long term assignment
- Shift: Day/Night Rotate; They do self-scheduling but the nurses would need to understand that they can’t do only days and would need to do nights too. 
- EMR: EPIC experience required

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
