DESCRIPTION
The Cardiac Cath Nurse is a Registered Nurse responsible for providing optimum patient care by utilizing the nursing process for patients requiring cardiology/radiology diagnostic, interventional and/or therapeutic procedures in collaboration with other Radiologist/Cardiologist and personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years related experience in Cardiac Catheterization procedures and processes. BLS, ACLS. NYS Licensure required as a Registered Nurse. On call on a rotating basis.
