We are seeking a Freestanding ER Charge Nurse for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.   Job Summary:

• You will monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• You will maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• You will record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• You will order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition.
• You will monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
• You will prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments.

Qualifications

RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing license from a compact state.

ER RN Experience Required

Charge RN experience preferred
