The Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm, responsive interaction between the facility and customers, meeting specific administrative needs of residents and families, and providing the full range of administrative support to Directors. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction. As the Receptionist, you are a member of the Administrative Team. The Business Office Manager is the coordinator of this team. ·Courteously greeting visitors and directing visitors appropriately. ·Operating switchboard and training others for relief purposes. ·Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing calls. ·Filing and copying documents as needed. ·Typing correspondence, written communication and reports from hard copy as needed. Job Specific Details:

Evening - 4 pm to 8 pm, part-time work every other weekend 830 am to 5pm

Maintains confidentiality of necessary information ? ? Follows HCR ManorCare Policies and Procedures manual ? Performs any miscellaneous work assignments as may be required files materials; Looks up information or retrieves materials from files as requested. ? Maintains files by making appropriate entries when materials are added or removed. ? Answer telephones, take and relay messages, make appointments, answer limited questions, and sort/distribute mail. ? Performs any miscellaneous work assignments as may be required.

Courteously greets visitors and directs visitors appropriately ? Operates switchboard and training others for relief purposes ? Efficiently processes incoming and outgoing calls ? Takes complete and accurate messages as appropriate ? Delivers messages in a timely manner ? Files and copies documents as needed ? Types correspondence, written communication and reports from the hard copy as needed ? Composes and edits short memoranda, minutes, etc., as directed. ? Prepares and distributes spreadsheet reports, as directed ? Receives payments from responsible parties and maintains an accurate cash receipt log ? Provides employment applications, review them for completeness, and logs them as required ? Logs all applications into My Staffing Pro, as appropriate.


EducationLevel : High School Diploma or GED.
