In this role, you will work within Obstetrics, Labor and Delivery, and Nursery. Assess and address patients psychological and physical condition Foster continuity and quality of care with the best interest and well-being of patients and their families in mind Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs Participate in clinical team conferences Continually expand your knowledge Help improve our facility and safety programs Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures Communicate compassionately and effectively Your experience. ASN from an accredited program with the ability to obtain your BSN from an accredited program within four (4) of your hire, required Current Montana RN license, required Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association, required upon hire Current PALS or ENPC certification or the ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire, required Current NRP certification or the ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire, required Current Electronic Fetal Monitoring education or the ability to complete within six (6) months of hire, required At least one year of nursing experience in a comparable setting, preferred Your next move.
