Here's How the Process Works

  • To show our commitment and appreciation for joining our team, we are currently offering up to $31,000 hiring incentives to include sign-on, student loan forgiveness and relocation.
  • This is a full-time, 13-week training program offering a mix of didactic learning and clinical preceptorship.
  • You will be compensated for training hours and will be benefit-eligible.
  • Will work around 32 to 40 hours a week during the training program.
  • The training program comes with a two-year commitment to SCL Health St. Vincent.

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years of RN experience, Highly preferred
  • BSN or ASN/ ADN from an accredited program with the ability to obtain your BSN from an accredited program within four (4) years of hire unless you possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of proven continuous Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting, required
  • Current RN license to practice in Montana or ability to obtain prior to September 14, 2020, required
  • Current BLS certification, required
  • Ability and willingness to work all shifts days, nights and weekends dependent on departmental need, required
  • Ability and willingness to work under stressful conditions with a high volume of patients, required
  • Ability and willingness to learn in classroom and online settings as well as at the bedside in the clinical setting, required
  • Ability and willingness to commit to the 13-week training period uninterrupted, required
  • Ability and willingness to sign a commitment to two (2) years of full-time work in the ICU, required
