Your background must demonstrate experience in performing housekeeping duties/tasks to clean, sanitize and disinfect a variety of areas. EXPERIENCE: A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Work tasks require continuous walking, standing, stooping, lifting, reaching, and bending. Continuous physical effort is often needed for the manual tasks. Must be physically able to operate power equipment for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry, or move object weighing up to 40 pounds, and occasionally objects weighing more than 50 pounds. The duties require considerable dexterity, hand, foot, and eye coordination, and concentration. When collecting trash, incumbent must follow specific safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment including face shields, safety goggles, protective clothing, glove, etc.
