The Staff Development Coordinator across Lifecare provides expertise as an educator, consultant, facilitator, and mentor. This occurs through the facilitation of the educational process through assessment, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of orientation, competency assessment, continuing education and leadership
RN, BSN required, MSN preferred
Basic Computer skills in Microsoft.
Previous experience in gerontology/rehab nursing
Teaching experience preferred
Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
