What You Will Do

As an Associate with St John Health System, you will have the opportunity to providedirect nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementand monitor patient care plans. Monitor, recordand communicatepatient condition as appropriate.
  • Serveas a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Noteand carryout physician and nursing orders.
  • Assessand coordinatepatient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
