Columbia River Mental Health Services provides comprehensive behavioral health and recovery services that transform the lives of children, adults and families in the communities of SW Washington. We are the largest and oldest not-for-profit provider of mental/chemical dependency treatment in southwest Washington with 200 employees and an agency history dating back to 1942.

Provide ARNP administrative coordination for agencies medical services. Ensure timely and quality delivery of medical reviews, and support staff clinically and administratively. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of direct work experience, but 5-8 years is preferred; be able to pass a criminal background check, and annual TB testing.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide direct nurse ARNP services to consumers by assessment, routine and emergency medical visits as well as consultation services.
  • Coordinate and implement activities of the Medical Department to meet consumer needs, contractual obligations and agency standards.
  • Monitor agency infection and regulatory compliance related to medical services.

Non-essential Job Functions:
  • Maintain communication and cooperative working relationship both within the agency and community at large.
  • Projects a positive and professional image at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Work Environment:

The primary work environment is an outpatient behavioral health clinic. There is a waiting and reception room for the clients and the ARNP will come forward to meet the clients and provide services in treatment rooms that are secure from the waiting room. There may be incidental blood spills that occur, but no significant environmental hazards. An office space will be provided for meetings and paperwork/dictation, etc. purposes.
