CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: CNA/MED TECH CERTIFIED

1. CNA with 6 months to a year of experience (CNA) in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.
2. Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or license eligible in the state of employment

Medication Aide (CNA)

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Oregon.
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certificate in the State of Oregon.
• CPR certification required.

Position Details: Seeking reliable and professional CNA for a 8 to 13 -week contract (extensions as needed). MUST BE ABLE TO WORK: WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY SCHEDULE. Shift time: EVE shifts, REQUIRED: minimum of 1+ years of recent LTC/SNF experience and must be able to be independent. MUST PROVIDE: Med tech certification Valid BLS Card, references, valid physical exam, valid 2-step TB test, Current Flu vaccination, Hep B records, Proof of covid vaccination or approved exemption.
