Offering $42.00 per hour on contracts! Here at CareerStaff Unlimited, we are hiring a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse for a contract position on Eve and some NOC Shifts at a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in Eugene, OR. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1+ years of previous nursing home experience. Position Details:. Shift time: 6p to 6A One weekend day is ideal. Must have 1+ years of experience in LTC/SNF. LPN must be strong and independent in field skills to be eligible. This is a FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT! Must need to complete QR code to confirm covid vaccination status

MUST PROVIDE: Covid Vaccination card or approved exemption, Valid BLS Card, 2 professional references, 2-step TB test, current season flu vaccination and Updated physical exam.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Ability to work with other personnel and develop/maintain good relations
2. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of care and current clinical practice, treatments, and interventions, specific to position specialty
3. Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
4. Promote patient's independence by establishing patient care goals
5. Resolve patient’s problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
6. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
7. Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism
8. Ability to deal tactfully with residents, students, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public, according to position setting
9. Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.
10. Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
11. Demonstrate proficiency in written/verbal skills in English language
12. Sufficient computer skills required to perform duties

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE LPN JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. 1+ years of LPN experience required
2. Licensed Practical Nursing degree from an accredited institution
3. Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB test (within 1 year of hire)
4. Current Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN license in the state of employment
