Job Description & Requirements
Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care - (NICU RN)
StartDate: 02/13/2023Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1987.95 - 2190.80
Each infant has individual needs that require specific treatment plans. This is why each of our newborn patients is assigned a personal NICU team, consisting of: their primary physician; specialty physicians as necessitated by the infant's medical condition; an occupational therapist/physical therapist; a social worker and discharge planner, a primary bedside nurse and any additional personnel. Our entire neonatal teams ensure that parents are able to be involved in all aspects of their newborn's care, such as holding, feeding, changing diapers and bathing as their baby's condition improves. As a parent or caregiver, you will have 24-hour access to your baby and are able to visit your baby as often as you wish. In order to ensure the best care for all our babies, we ask that all visitors to the NICU must do a 3-minute scrub prior to entering the NICU and that certain health guidelines be met.
