LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - FT Evening Shift (3pm-11pm) - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

The role of the Full Time License Practical Nurse at the Hebrew Home at Riverdale by RiverSpring Living, a world renowned long term care organization located in Riverdale - North Bronx, is eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000.  This position, is to perform tasks and responsibilities within the framework of their scope of practice and provides care under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse.

 

We currently have FT 35 hour positions available for our evening shift, including weekends and weekdays.

 

Evening Shift 3:00pm – 11:00pm

The License Practical Nurse will observe, record and report resident data according to policy and procedure. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. Ensure that the appropriate documentation concerning unauthorized discharges is entered in the resident’s medical record in accordance with established procedures.

Must possess a current NYS LPN license and registration, has graduated from an approved LPN program and has experience in a hospital/long term care setting.  Strong customer service, organizational, communication and writing skills essential.  Must be competent with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR).  

 

Compensation: $31.7271 Hourly
