Case Manager - Private Duty Homecare
The RN Case Manager completes both initial and ongoing assessments for private-pay in-home clientele, while providing medical oversight to the Private Duty Caregiving Team for each client. They must be available via phone (text or call) to address any questions and/or emergencies that the Caregiving Team may have during care hours. The RN Case Manager is directed by the client and/or client’s family in accordance with RN Services policies and federal/state laws/regulations. Under the direction of the client and the client’s family, the RN Case Manager develops the care plan and coordinates with other team members, and will prepare paperwork for RN Services’ policies and federal/state laws/regulations. Occasionally, the RN Case Manager will be called upon to provide caregiving shifts for their clients.
During caregiving hours, the RN will earn $26.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience. During hours that the RN is performing initial and regular assessments for clients (normally 2-4 hours per client per month), they will earn twice that rate.
