Nurse Manager - Spine Telemetry Unit.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Manager in our Spine/Ortho Telemetry Unit. To qualify you must have a Masters in Nursing, current New York State RN license, current BLS and ACLS certifications with the American Heart Association and at least 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience. The ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment and proven communication and interpersonal skills required. The successful candidate will provide 24-hour responsibility for personnel and unit management that will effectively guide the quality and coordination of patient care, performance of personnel, and the organization of a 36-bed TelemetryUnit. Works collaboratively with the nursing, medical and administrative staff to ensure quality practice, coordination of patient care and unit operations.
