Position Description
Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of clinical research subject Case Report Forms (CRF) and data queries. Provides extensive support to the Clinical Research Coordinator. Basic clinical experience/knowledge preferred. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple assignments while meeting multiple deadlines. Assertive/takes initiative, ability to work independently and is self-sufficient. Anticipates needs and prepares in advance. Maintains subject CRF binders and source documentation (medical chart) related to clinical studies. Knowledge of research practices, medical documentation, completion of CRFs and regulatory requirements. Ability to communicate with a variety of medical professions, both oral and written. Strong organizational and computer skills required. Ability to travel between clinics
Position Requirements
Required: Knowledge of research practices, medical documentation, completion of Case Report Forms (CRFs) and regulatory requirements. Possesses basic clinical knowledge and/or experience. Knowledgeable in medical terminology. Self-starter, takes initiative, anticipates needs. Works well independently as well as within a team. Ability to multi-task, maintain multiple assignments and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate with a variety of medical professionals. Possesses strong written communication skills, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. Strong organizational skills. Strong computer skills.
