The Home Health RN is responsible for providing high qaulity health care for the seniors or people who are disabled, in the patient’s home. Home Health RN will generally help the patient with routine tasks that they can no longer perform independently.ResponsibilitiesAs a Home Health RN your responsibilities consist of:
- Helping the patient with feeding, taking baths, dressing, and other areas they have difficulty with.
- Supplying medications and logging the patient's vitals on a scheduled basis.
- Provide patients with diet and exercise plans to best align with their current health condition and oversee their daily improvement.
- Transport the patient to and from doctor appointments.
