The Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor supervises the after hour activities of the hospital or clinic by coordinating activities essential to the delivery of patient care.

The RN House Supervisor has the overall responsibility for oversight during the assigned shift for all hospital operations. They manage, organize and provide direct patient care incorporating clinical decision-making and prioritization of resources including staff, for all clinical areas and assures appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of the existing patients. Additionally, the RN House Supervisor is responsible for implementing the Emergency Management Plan with current protocols for coordinating specialty crews.

Location/Facility This position will float between Baylor Scott & White Round Rock and Baylor Scott & White Lakeway
