is currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate Residency Program Coordinator


 

Responsibilities:

  • Under the general direction of the VP Quality & Education Department, coordinates and provides support for successful transition of facility new graduate nurses over the course of their first year in practice. 
  • This individual contacts and schedules both GNs and facilitators for monthly didactic and social support sessions. 
  • This individual also provides curriculum oversight and guidance for the evidenced based program outlined by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN).
  • Acts as a liaison between the new graduates, their preceptors/mentors and nursing leadership.
