Bring your transformational leadership and drive the success of our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Lead the daily operations of our cutting-edge department and lead a team of highly trained clinical experts in neonatal/infant nursing care. Provide strategic oversight for the Neonatal program while managing day to day unit operations in collaboration with the rest of the nursing leadership team. Mentor and evaluate staff to reach their full potential and inspire their continued professional growth. Excel as a change agent, advancing initiatives focused on improving quality and performance throughout.

Preferred Criteria
  • Previous leadership experience within a large academic medical center
  • Strongly prefer NICU RN experience

Required Criteria
  • Master's degree in a health related field (MS in Nursing, Health Care Administration)
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
  • At least five years of clinical nursing experience
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies
