The Central Resource Pool at Johnston-Willis Hospital is composed of experienced Registered Nurses who float throughout the facility to all the units within their scope of practice.  Our Central Resource Pool (CRP) nurses bring a vast variety of clinical experiences to Johnston-Willis Hospital and to our patients.  Nursing departments floated to include the following: ICU, NSICU, Telemetry Units, Medical/Surgical Units, Orthopedic, Oncology, Womens Health Unit, Emergency Department and the PACU.

We offer a lucrative incentive program to our CRP nurses based upon the number of different areas in which they are able to work.  We also offer flexible scheduling guidelines, education opportunities and much more.  We promote a friendly, caring and fast-paced working environment for the nurses on our CRP team.  Our highly-trained CRP nurses are welcomed within the units they support and are looked upon as strong mentors for our floor nurses and newer nurses.  In the Central Resource Pool our nurses join for the flexibility and incentives and stay because of Johnston-Willis positive, friendly and nurturing culture.
