Registered Nurse (RN) - Admissions Coordinator - Staffing Office - Part-time Days - Easton

Position Highlights
  • 20 hours per week, 2-3 days per week
  • 7:30a - 4p
  • Eligibility for full benefits
  • Manages and coordinates all activities associated with appropriate and timely placement of patients within UM Shore Regional Health
  • Collaborates with Care Coordination and physicians to expedite discharges
  • Assists with oversight of staffing office
  • Liaison for Living Legacy Program
  • Magnet hospital 1+ hours from ocean

What You Need to Be Successful:
  • Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
  • At least 5 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably with experience in Bed Control and Management
  • Acute care nursing experience and previous management experience preferred
  • Current licensure by the State of Maryland
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Must apply appropriate judgment in dealing with situations requiring confidentiality
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize work
  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
