What You Will Do:

Under limited supervision, the Service Line Coordinator is a registered nurse who provides ongoing clinical operations support for a small, less complex unit; or for a designated segment of a larger, more complex unit. Performs the duties and responsibilities of the Registered Nurse. Patients served include infant through older adult.

What You Need to Be Successful:

Must meet the bona fide occupational qualifications of the Registered Nurse as identified in the job description. Must meet the charge nurse requirements applicable to the appropriate unit. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Registered nurse (RN) with valid state licensure required. Minimum of three years of OR nursing experience preferred. Two years of entry level management experience preferred. Certified Nurse in the Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred. Membership and participation in professional nursing and community organizations preferred, AORN preferred.
