  • **ATTENTION** $5000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME **ATTENTION** THIS POSITION WOULD SUPPORT OUR HOSPICE DEPARTMENT SUMMARY OF JOB: Assumes responsibility for coordinating and facilitating quality improvement activities.CONNECTING TO MISSION:Holy Redeemer Home Care and Hospice's ability to continue the rich heritage of the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer and care, comfort, and heal in the home is directly related to the talents, motivation and accomplishments of our employees. A primary way staff connect to our mission is by collaborating with all team members in promoting an environment that provides quality, compassionate, holistic, patient-centered care and supports all internal and external customersRECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:· BSN from an accredited school of nursing preferred.· Minimum of five years experience in a healthcare setting, e.g., hospital, home health care, long-term care setting required.· 1 year home care/hospice experience required· 1 year of quality improvement experience in a healthcare setting preferred· Knowledgeable of federal and state home care/hospice regulations.· Knowledgeable of home care/hospice accreditation and compliance regulations and activities.· Knowledgeable of quality improvement principles and activities.· Proficient in Microsoft office and other PC applications.· Good communication skills.LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:· Current New Jersey or Pennsylvania RN license required.
