  • The Registered Nurse II coordinates nephrology related interventions and educations to hospitalized patients, their families/support system and non-dialysis patient care staff. 
  • May assist in mentoring, guiding new staff and providing direction within dialysis services. 
  • Responsible for assessing planning, implementing and evaluating outcomes including those related to multidisciplinary plan of care. 
  • Will function within the scope of the RN licensure and the Nursing Practice Act.
