The Manager, IS Service Center has responsibility for the support and continuous improvement of a customer focused IT Service Center, establishes policies and procedures regarding problem identification, receipt, documentation, distribution and resolution, evaluates new information systems, products or services and suggests changes to improve the experience of BayCare end users, develops plans for optimizing the support of new and existing systems based on trending and analysis, stays abreast of IT trends and technologies used throughout BayCare and maintains a high level, conceptual knowledge of how BayCare's systems interact. Required experience includes 3 years Management and 5 years Help Desk, Call Center or Information Services Support; and 5 years Healthcare or Global Cell Center Management preferred.
