The Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for caring for patients who require special monitoring, sometimes including patients recently released from the ICU.ResponsibilitiesAs a TELE RN your responsibilities include:
- Distributing prescribed medications and use life measuring instruments.
- Analyzing data produced from various medical equipment and act upon findings.
- Providing updates to the patient and their families regarding their condition.
- Educating patients about the best ways to adjust to major lifestyle changes.
