Collaborate with two transformational Patient Care Director’s to establish short- and long-term goals for their units. Help mentor new staff. Communicate with all levels of leadership. And facilitate efficient, cost-effective unit operations.

This is a full time, 4-day/wk position, working from 4:00PM - 2:00AM.

Preferred Criteria
    Master’s Degree in Nursing

Required Criteria
    At least two years of acute care RN experienceDemonstrated leadership skillsBachelor’s Degree in NursingCurrent New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)BCLS certification
