We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Shock Trauma Outpatient Department!

The Shock Trauma Outpatient Pavilion (STOP) provides follow-up care for the Shock Trauma and UMMC Acute Care Emergency Surgery Service patients that are discharged to home, or to a rehabilitation or extended care facility. The Outpatient Pavilion also serves as an entry point for non-emergent re-admissions.

The Outpatient Center handles an average of 9000 Calls per month from patients, primary care physicians, therapists and other facilities regarding patient/family concerns.

What You Need to Be Successful:
    • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
    • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligible to practice due to compact state requirements outlined by the Maryland Board of Nursing
    • 1 Year of Experience in critical care/ICU required
