As Clinical Manager, you will be the go-to for deep clinical expertise and knowledge. You’ll lead initiatives focused on enhancing quality and performance throughout the unit, while serving as a resource on complex and rarely seen cases. Manage and evaluate staff, lead nightly huddles, support clinical decision-making and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services. This is a full-time, night shift position located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Hours will be 11:30pm - 9:30am, with flexibility, as needed.

Preferred Criteria

  • Masters degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
  • BCLS certification
  • At least two years NICU nursing experience
