  We have an immediate opportunity for a Marketing Assistant – Complete Home Care.

General Summary: The Marketing Assistant is responsible for interaction in the community ,promoting company services and retrieving outstanding documentation from referral sources.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify all local influence centers and distribute marketing materials.
  • Educates and markets the need and benefits of home health care to physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other internal and external health care professionals.
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation.
  • Strengthen company relationship with current referral sources.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between agency and Doctor’s Offices.
  • Follow up with Referral sources for feedback and potential new cases.
  • Build and Maintain positive rapport with current clients and referral sources.

    Requirements

    Experience: Experience in the Healthcare arena. Familitary with medical terminology a plus.

    Education: Must possess HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.

    Additional Qualification: Must have reliable source of transportation, must have a valid driver’s license.
