Anesthesia Technician - Days w/ Weekend Rotation

The Anesthesia Technician will assist anesthesia team members by performing a variety of duties under the direction/supervision of a CRNA /MDA. Is responsible for the acquisition and preparation of anesthesia equipment and supplies, the performance and collection of routine quality control functions, specific clerical duties related to anesthesia care, basic patient care such as transporting, first line equipment maintenance and servicing, and inventory control. He/She must maintain patient confidentiality at all times. He/She will assume, under the direction of the Laboratory, responsibility for patient specimen testing, quality control, quality improvement, and equipment maintenance.
Flexible schedules to possibly include weekends, nights, and holidays to cover the surgery schedule as hospital needs demand, however, primarily Monday through Friday daytime hours.
