Position Description
The Systems Manager of Women’s Center for Care Coordination has a primary responsibility for overseeing daily operations of Care Coordination within the Women’s Center. Northside Hospital Women’s Center requires specialized focus due to its complex population. Manager is required to ensure that all 3 campuses have consistent processes. The manager will need to continue to increase communication and collaboration with nursing leadership and other members of the interdisciplinary team tri-campus.
Position Requirements
REQUIRED: 1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, OR; Masters of Social Work (MSW). 2. At least three (3) years previous management experience. 3. Five (5) years previous experience in case management, utilization review, or social services. 4. Ability to interact with patient, families, physicians and hospital staff (including coworker/peers). 5. Excellent oral and written communications skills. 6. Experience in CQI concepts and tools and techniques. PREFERRED: 1. Five (5)years experience in management, social services or related field. 2. Certified as Certified Case Manager.
