Manage all aspects of emergency care delivery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Lower Manhattan Hospital. Mentor, supervise and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire their continued professional growth. Develop and manage budgets. Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvement to enhance the patient experience. Excel as a change agent, advancing initiatives focused on enhancing quality and performance throughout the unit

Preferred Criteria

    Previous leadership experience in an emergency department within a large academic medical center Previous Pediatric ED experience Demonstrated leadership in leading unit development and expansion projects
Required Criteria

    Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or health related field Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain within 2 months) At least 2 years of management experience At least 3 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department
