Clinical Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager - RN – Medical/Surgical Amenities Unit - Rotating

Collaborate with two transformational Patient Care Director’s to establish short- and long-term goals for their units. Help mentor new staff. Communicate with all levels of leadership. And facilitate efficient, cost-effective unit operations.

This is a full time, 4-day/wk position, working from 4:00PM - 2:00AM.

Preferred Criteria

    Master’s Degree in Nursing
Required Criteria

    At least two years of acute care RN experience Demonstrated leadership skills Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain) BCLS certification
